We worked quick and nimbly to broadcast verbatim insights from each day of research, mapped current state journeys, workshopped with key stakeholders and leaders.

For the final presentation, we wove together two stories that brought a bold, compelling Future State vision to life and helped the executive leadership team understand how and why they should invest in creating their own IoT cloud service.
